Effective date: October 3, 2026 · Status: Invite-only beta terms. Where you have a signed design-partner or beta agreement with Arcline Systems, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Arcline is a mission-planning and operational-intelligence platform. It is a planning aid — not a navigation system, emergency service, or substitute for on-site assessment and operator judgment. You are responsible for how you use outputs in the field.
Access is by named individual under your organization. Keep credentials secure; do not share seats. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your users' compliance with these Terms.
You may not use Arcline to violate law, conduct unlawful surveillance or harassment, scrape or bulk-extract platform reference data, circumvent access controls or metering, or build a competing product from the Service. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
Missions, notes, photos, team profiles, and similar content you put into the Service remain your Customer Data. We process it to run the Service. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Paid plans and credits are billed as described at purchase or in your order form. Unused beta credits may change as pricing evolves; material changes are communicated in-product or by email.
The Service is provided “as is” during beta. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Intelligence and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong — verify before operational use.
